100% of the production process, from tooling, extruding, taping to packing, is carried out within our own factories. This is to ensure the qualities of our products are not being compromised.Our philosophy is continuous improvement and a company wide effort to achieve our goal of zero defects. We strive to maintain close communication at all levels in order to overcome challenges quickly while responding to our customers’ evolving business demands.
Our manufacturing facilities are IATF 16949:2016 certified to ensure controlled processes to repeatedly deliver, technically sound and technically innovative trim, seals and gaskets. To meet the stringent technical specifications standards, complete In-house Laboratory and Testing Facility have been set up. Every compound batch is tested for Critical To Quality (CTQ) properties. All products undergo extensive validation and testing during the development phase to meet the high quality standard specifications of the customers.
